I got pretty lucky with the gypsy wagon, it let me complete a lot of bundles. Tonsa coal from getting to 120 mine, and I got some money from blueberries during summer so I could afford a barn.

I have been watering a *lot* of stuff every season though, like no cash on anything but crops. All through summer I'd spend my entire energy bar just watering, chomping salmonberries by the bucketful.

I've just started fall and I need advice on where to spend my gold.

I have a silo but no barn or coop, so it might be good to get some farm animals going to get the associated bundles done. It will take a long time to get a return on investment there though.

I don't have a kitchen yet. I don't know how profitable sashimi is compared to just selling fish, but apparently most people like sashimi as a gift so a kitchen would be nice to have.

I don't have a horse. A stable would be nice for convenience but I have the mining carts repaired so I'm not sure how much productivity I'd really gain.

Alternatively I could just spend my money on materials for beehives and preserve jars. I already have a dozen or so jars though, so I dunno if I'd be better off waiting for kegs at this stage. It's fall though which I understand has the best flower for Honey so perhaps I should get as many beehives as I can? I have a fuck load of blueberries which would fund a lot of beehives if I sold them but I don't know if I should hang on to them for processing throughout winter or if I should sell them for beehives now.

Any advice?

I chose artistan since I'll probably build more beehives later but I've got no idea if it's the right choice. It's mostly that artisan is more money for no extra work while tiller is more money for more work - I could just plant more crops, is what I'm thinking. If berries spawn faster on vines it could be really good, though.

Don't think that you need to minmax. Don't just immediately try and buy the most expensive things because "expensive clearly = best". You can upgrade your watering can without worry if you wait until the 25th or 26th, or water all your crops and start the upgrade the day before it rains. Sprinklers are wonderful but you can skip the first tier if you want.

Most importantly, try to plan ahead a little bit. Don't plant long growth or re-harvestable plants halfway through the season. Try to have fun.

I counted the kegs and I have 52 of them.

Needing to harvest 200+ plants of hops every day sounds like a chore. They have a stunlocking pickup animation too don't they? The honey can be picked up by just running past without having to stop, and it's only every 3rd day.

I'd rather just have a stockpile of starfruits and ferment them into wine slowly, with a backup of cranberries and/or blueberries.

Though I assume that the satisfaction of knocking her up comes from a deeply rooted desire. The way she treats you initially gives you the impression that she's out of your league.
