This is a huge unpopular opinion I expect but I think that g3 and log luffy aren't that great given they aren't free to play, take some attention to use correctly, and really don't give you the ridiculous health and massive specials that other characters give you. The drops section of that site only includes 15 and 30 stamina, they either don't want to or don't have the data to put in the rest. As far as I know, any characters that can drop on a fortnight can appear on any difficulty, with higher chances the higher difficulty you do. If you can't do 15 stamina, just keep doing 10, you'll get one eventually

There is, there's one on in the afro luffy fortnight, which begins in... 8 and half hours I think. there's also a few other variants, like the halloween fortnight version, and the not yet released kimono version.
As for what to put, well, it varies, as mentioned before, Usopp is in a lot of teams, so you could put on silence/lock resistance, which is always nice, but some go with special cooldown and orbs, some people even got a second gpu so they could have both, because he's not that difficult to get and they had time for it, but I don't recommend it for a beginner, it's more experience players with nothing better to do.

Mihawk (both versions) have some of the highest hp in the game, and the raid version has the highest hp of any farmable unit until we get Pica's raid (not soon). this means he has the most to gain from hp boosting captains, and you also get the benefit that Mihawk is used in a lot of non-slasher teams, simply for his amazing special, (many monster chopper teams for Doffy farming include him for this, and his hp total compensates for the captain ability because that only affects strength units.
Doffy may grant HP on his own, but he's not used as frequently as a captain, and his actual hp stat is pretty mediocre (the worst of any raid boss on global right now)

It varies depending on the team, but his special makes you immune to strength damage for one turn, you can use it to stall for specials on blamenco on the 19th floor, and against whitebeard himself, I'm not sure how he measures up, but he's in at least one of the G3 teams on gamewith.

Generic slasher team is pretty easy. Don't even need to get perfects. Double hawk, arlong, slashadile, Doffy, etc. If you have Goku it'll be even faster though.
