Anyone still play this game (Injustice: God Among Us on Steam)? I remember buying it on steam and trying to play nightwing, only to find that I couldn't do shit against anyone online. Doomsday, Solomon Grundy and bane would all have armor on their moves, they can power through all my attacks. Is this game worth playing? Back in 2014 there were only like 8 to 13 players or so still playing the game...What about now?? I'm almost scared to load the game up to find that there's only 4 cult following players that play the game religiously. (Please remember that I'm talking about the steam version)

Depends on what your definition of success is. Honestly I think XIV is gonna be the best selling KoF game. It's coming out at the perfect time, it's making all the right decisions so far, as much as people shit on the visuals 3D graphics just sell better than sprite based games do, it's on the best selling platform, it's localizing to all of the countries and languages that play the game, China lifted the console ban, SO MUCH SHIT IS GOING RIGHT. They are aware that the netcode needs to be good, but we still need to wait and see how that turns out.

Like I don't see it selling 3 million units like MK does, but 1 million? 1.5 million? I don't think that's a stretch.

You have to understand everyone's matchups well in the game, so that isn't really specific to him. Axl doesn't really have any mechanics that set him apart from anyone either. His movement is normal and all of his special moves are easy to do and use. The only thing that would set him apart maybe is that he doesn't have any good close range normals, so pressuring people up close or trying to get them off of you is a little different that way.
