The problem here is that if you don't trade turrets when you lane swap and the enemy team decides to push, you just get behind. So it's no longer a strategical aspect of the game, it's just a thing that you are forced into doing. The SKT game against ROX was a good example of what happens when a team doesn't mirror the enemy's early movements in the lane swap: if your jungler or top laner are late to the turret you have to back or you risk losing an inhibitor pre-10 minutes.

That's what happens when neutral objectives are worthless. Make dragon worth fighting for and this won't be as common.
