Have you played the game? It's not fun in pubs when people switch to cheese setups of 3-5 of the same character and it's certainly not enjoyable to watch comp teams rely on double everything cheese.

The ability to balance the game to a point where this is ineffective is beyond blizzard.

I just never understood why anyone does this. There's no need to say anything at all. When it's actually a good game, everyone in the fucking match knows because they were trying their best and having fun.

So there's literally no reason to actually say gg. gg re or gg no re does have applications though because you're insisting on whether there should be a rematch, but that doesn't apply to overwatch quick play at all.

I wish the potg system was more sophisticated really. Like being able to differentiate kills, such as a genji deflecting widow shots, or the ability to give mercy potg if she successfully revives the team that just got full mcree ulted and then damage boosted the team onto a counter-wipe.

But oh well, not that it really matters people are recording their own plays and esports tournaments are looking into their own live replays too.

Deflecting widow's sniper shots to kill her is really fucking hard since you have to aim at them and decent widows can time it so if you deflect early, she doesnt shoot and if you deflect late you die

The deflection card is just for deflects, but what I'm saying is the ability to differentiate between a widow deflection and say a roadhog ult, and actually landing the widow deflection. They could make for some cool potgs rather than just a genji who is ulting onto a bunch of people.

Deflecting widow shots isn't as hard as you think it is. I'm a shit player and I've done it numerous times already. You have the upper hand as a genji against a widow because she'll immediately want to snipe you, so all you have to do is aim at her. You can even stay still too, most of the time widows don't catch on until they're dead. At a pro-level I'm sure the situation is actually different and she'll snipe you before you're able to accurately figure out where she is.

I'm convinced these roadhog webms are from someone with a 600 ping. Every game I play against a roadhog he lands all his hooks even through corners, walls, the floor, buildings, everything. I even had a game last night where the enemy roadhog missed his hook three times but still managed to get me. By missed I mean that on my screen it sailed wide AND on the view from his screen my model wasn't even in the targeting circle and yet it nabbed me.

It's maddening to deal with because I know it's coming and take the proper evasive action to avoid it but nope, still hits.

Given it's blizzard and the groundwork is there, it's pretty likely. I haven't played it, so I can't say if it's actually good or not, but just remember that cs:go and 2 mobas have extremely active communities despite being poorly designed (cs:go) and boring (both).

Esports can keep even the worst shit alive.

mccree's ult is most of the time just a zoning tool since every can so easily hide away from it and then you have to cancel it with right click so atleast you get to keep 50% ult charge

s76 can pop his ult in the middle of combat (it automatically even refreshes his ammo count when activated) and he doesn't get any movement penalty during it whereas mccree is slowed down to a crawl
