Nope, Altria is very consistent that even the english manga localization team used it. The only time Artoria was used officially in Japanese was with Master Artoria which has no relation to Saber outside of sharing her face.

Arturia/Arthuria was never used. Also, Artoria or Altria was never meant to be a female Arthur name, it's just her female name before she took the name of Arthur, so it could be anything. Though the author did mention that it was based on Artorius (the guy King Arthur was supposed to be based of) but that was only mentioned after Dark Souls was released so he could just be pulling our lkeg. (Artorius is the official Japanese name of the character Artorias the Abysswalker).

And, while I think Altria itself is a pretty nice name, it lacks any sort of logical connection to the name Arthur. You have to drag it through Japanese, a language the Welsh or English of the third century AD would have had ZERO exposure to, for it to make sense.
