Nice, VoG is my favorite shit. Plus its Vex which is cool in itself. If we got a second Vex raid Id have high hopes it would be at least second best to VoG if not better somehow. I like the room design for the Restorative Mind, maybe a boss battle with disappearing and reappearing platforms could have promise.

It's a bitch for sure. Took us a bit over an hour to do. Easiest way to do it is kill all reinforcements before making the brothers flee. Same strategy for when they both come out at the end. Make sure you have a good route down so you can run around the room in a circle. Stick to the edges like I did and you'll rarely go down. If someone goes down, just keep running the route until they can revive. Rinse and repeat and kill the brothers as you move. Again, all reinforcements should be dead before you go after them.

Why did I suddenly stop getting quests directing me through vanilla story content? Or am I misremembering and they were all expansion quests?
Why was there no conclusion to vanilla story whatsoever? Or does something happen after the raid? I've done all vanilla content other than Vault of Glass, and it just seems like the narrative and focused push through the content died out.

This gets you closer to ranking up and getting new loot from Faction or Vanguard packages.

On Patrol Public Events will spawn, Devil Walker, Kill Extraction Crews, VIP Target. Complete one per day and you will recieve 5 motes, any after that will reward 3 motes for the day.

You can equip weapons that you were going to throw away and level them up on patrol. Then dismantle the weapon for motes. Leveled up Blue weapons give 2 motes, and leveled up Purple weapons give 3 motes and 5 marks on dismantle.

Three of Coins is not guaranteed so you need to kill about 4 bosses before you see an exotic engram drop, sometimes more, sometimes less.

>Ghost Shells:
Killing enemies reward glimmer, every time you pick up an engram you get resource materials.

The whole idea is you work towards all this stuff at once running patrol beacons for rep. Ive played Patrol for the longest time. It's a bit more worthwhile in Year 2 thanks to all you can earn. Use to run Strikes all the time but I now prefer Patrol because you can go wherever you want to. There's no path to follow like a Strike.

This is just one way to play and earn new guns + loot.
I enjoy the game's gameplay so thats why Ive always enjoyed Patrol, because play, level up, get new weapons!
