Ryoma and Xander would probably realize that Leo and Takumi are a lot like their own real brother. Takumi might come to appreciate that Xander is more tender than Ryoma, and Leo would probably admire the skill/knowledge Ryoma can share with him.

Hinoka would be surprised by Elise's pep. They'd probably play with her pegasus and Elise might provide some insight into Hinoka's relationship with Sakura if Hinoka brought her up in conversation.

Charlotte/Leo is way better actually. In Xander's support she barely (if even) gives a hint that she actually loves him back and mostly goes on about how she's going to be queen and be rich.

In Leo's she actually denies his proposal and says she doesn't want to hurt him if it turns out her feeling are nothing more than eagerness at a shot at being royalty. Leo tells her the fact that she's worried about such things is good enough for him and they both agree they love each other.

The AI is kind of retarded on that map
If you move your units a certain way the soldiers will de-aggro but the Merchant will keep going so you can get the biggest problem isolated.
And the units getting entrapped can almost always handle themselves. And they can take the stairs to quickly help fight those guys.
