I was not prepared for how garbage this gacha truly was, I thought it was hyperbole but man, it really is one of the worst. Karna's whole kit is worth more than Bryn's by a good deal. Her NP being single target is her only saving grace, while everything Karna has is better. He's a great crit user and has high base damage.
Arjuna has one of the most broken skills in the game, but his other two skills are somewhat leaking. His NP may be on the lower end of usefulness, but his card layout is good for spamming it.
Honestly, all they really need is an NP interlude, which they'll likely get in America.

She can't control their powers, she only ate them and can control their authority or mana in a sense perhaps. Its like shadow in HF breaking downs down into mana. Its not like she's walking around able to use Thrash and Crash.
Eating Blossom and BB and then trying to fight Hakuno was definitely one of the reasons for her defeat and weakened her. You can't gain power from something, and then try to kill something it would never kill. They'll rebel inside of you.
Even Andersen commented that even if she could have killed anything else on Earth, she always would have failed against this one person.

Many casters have a niche for instance, Medea has rule breaker, Para has AoE tickle that debuffs attack and Art buff, etc...
Robin Hood, Ko Gil and David are all good archers, but Euryale NP is no pushover either if you just need a "Fuck males".
FSN Cu is a massive damage sponge who can outlast pretty much everyone, Leonidas can be an incredible useful tank.
Jing Ke and Hassan are both acceptable star generators, Hassan is a lot harder to kill once he's maxed on skills.
Kiyohime has one of the best NP out of all Berserkers just held back by her low attack even then she's still acceptable

The piece you're mentioning in particular is something I have to give some thought and try to get it correct since honestly it is a bit of a question. I had thought that she edited the rules of the far side rather than her own coding at the time, but if she did that then it would mean that time did pass on the far side, since she would be trading out those concepts.

Remember Medea and Kojirou. Only blackened Servants actually exist in reality. Shirou's RM allows him to slip illusions into material form without the world crushing them because RMs are fucking weird, but they're still only illusions he's allowing to exist.
In order for Lancelot's KoH to make them real, KoH would need to either connect them to Lancelot in a way that'd require him to have the abilities to give them form, OR KoH would have an utterly unexplained ability to tap into the 3rd and make and slip an element of reality into something that KoH's user doesn't even have.
If it were Angra Mainyu I'd buy him materializing them through mud, but Servants can't even serve as temporary anchors for other Servants. How could Lancelot make something even slightly real? Which would require at least some level of fundamental materialization, because Shirou's weapons don't have an innate consistency. They're not even set, unchanging illusions like Gae Bolg, Excalibur or Servants themselves, they're transient projections of his mind. In legends things can destroy any number of universes, but within Nasuverse reality legends are limited to "can effect the world" level at most. Even if Son Wukong for example was summoned in Fate, I think his abilities would be a drastic reduction from what they were originally.

Crazy Sakura from Prisma Illya appeared in one scene and hasn't been explained. They teased an explanation, though, and I'm going to wait to read it before I come to any conclusions. Especially because Shirou's lines in that fight make me fairly confident that that explanation will mention projections specifically.

If Excalibur Morgan did something in Prisma that we have never seen it do in any other work (like teleport, or shoot a laser that homes in on people, or make fucking pizzas), then it wouldn't be canon to other works. What we saw it do in Prisma Illya is fire a big laser, the exact thing we have seen it do in every other appearance. We consequently do not have to cite Prisma to say what Excalibur Morgan does. We can cite Fate/Stay Night and will never have to mention Prisma Illya at all.
Knight of Honor, on the other hand, only interacts with Shirou's (or anyone's) projections in Prisma Illya. You have no source other than Prisma Illya for how it interacts with them. If you want to use this as evidence outside of Prisma Illya, you will have to produce a quote where a writer, preferably Nasu, specifically says either than abilities and interactions seen only in Prisma Illya are canon to all other Type-Moon works, or that Knight of Honor specifically always works as it does in Prisma Illya.
