Just edit "undatable" to "datable" for whoever you want to marry.

I believe it's a bug that has something to do with moving your scarecrows once they've been placed and crop are already down. Once you break them to move them the game thinks they aren't there anymore or something until the next day. First day of the season I moved some around and surely enough a few crops were missing. What you take at Level 5 affects what you get at Level 10.

For farming, take Tiller unless you really really amazingly love animals. Artisan is good if you keg/preserve your crops constantly, and Agriculturist gives you basically free Deluxe Speed Gro on everything. So if you're having trouble filling your kegs/jars then take that one (though it's unlikely).

For mining it's a little more balanced, but I suggest Geologist because the Level 10 Excavator gives you double geode finds and geodes are generally really good.

For foraging, I take Gatherer because I never sell wood, hardwood is easy to get, and I never sell syrup. For Level 10, Botanist and Tracker are both kinda meh, so just pick whichever you like.

I personally hate the fishing so I took Trapper and Luremaster for as little micromanagement as possible. Though if you like fishing then I would take Fisher and then Pirate cause treasure is usually really good.

For combat, the increase of criticals of Scout is very small, so I went with Fighter for more granted damage and HP, and then Brute for even more damage. Defender is meh at that point, I've never used special moves, and deadly crits feel too unreliable.
