I have a theory on Togami. I know he's a major bass breaker here but I wanted to kinda explain what he's all about and what he might do in the future

Togami is the youngest of 15 half siblings which includes himself and Blue Ink who's in class 77. So I'd figure as he's probably being closed off most of the time from family affection so he could be properly groomed to being the heir to the Togami family like the other potential heirs, he must have had time to maybe bond with some of them as he was growing up as we see with his relationship with Blue Ink kinda. Whatever bond they were developing and just when Togami was finally starting to feel a bit of love, it was finally time for the mutual Togami heir "killing game" between the siblings and Togami was only 12 when he participated. The siblings he started developing a bond with and now he was forced to eliminate them all so he could keep his name. His existence as Togami. When he did manage to defeat all of them, he must have been feeling his heart breaking and feeling hollow as he sent each and every one of them to their "deaths". It was then he became even colder than ever and transformers into the Togami we see today. The Togami who had to sacrifice his siblings. His bonds to them just so he could exist. It's why he would be enraged with people who would dare say he was just handed the title of heir. It would be an insult to him but more of an insult to his older siblings who were forced to fight and "kill" each other just to exist.

So when he hears the Togami family has been wiped out by the tragedy thanks to Junko, he resolves to not only destroy Junko and despair so he could cleanse his family's name but plans to bring it up and revive it from its ashes and make it much more better than ever. What he means by this is what we'd see in DR3. The finale of it all.

Well for the boy she was madly in love with enough to defy Junko in IF, it's not too surprising that she was starting to change her stance on things. Any more time, and she would have probably gone rogue and with all that info she had, Junko couldn't let that slip

She can't, Yasuke keep Junko permanently be Ryouko and that was considering memories and brain surgery were his specialty. Junko couldn't even keep her sealed for the killing game, if Kodaka wasn't such a bad writer, DR could've ended as early as Chapter 2 in the middle of the class trial is he didn't decide to conveniently make Syo a bit dumb.

It's been canonical stated they're not Togami's anymore by name. But they still are by blood. And that's why they're dead as Junko said all members of Togami blood are gone except Togami himself the surviving member of Togami blood and name.

So that leaves his butler as the only person they'd nab. So while he could have been close to his butler which he probably was, it's literally because they had no one else they could actually take since his family and relatives were dead. His butler was all he had left.

So more conflicting opinions turns it to Makoto vs Togami vs Hajime vs Nagito. Then Junko 3.0. comes in and kills them all

that's where the tragedy in DR IF comes from is that I think Mukuro could be saved, though Junko is irredeemable. The story basically points that out. Mukuro is in disbelief that Makoto says she can turn back from despair and he says she can and just as soon as he's about to say it's possible for Junko as well Monokuma interrupts him.

Yeah the point of IF was to show Mukuro could be redeemed. She isn't as despair hungry nor seeks despair like her sister does. She only does it because of her sister. Her love for Makoto was the only thing that could have turned her away from that path she was walking. He could have saved her. That I believe.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is something of a plot point for DR3 which ends this whole story. Junko will obviously play a role but in what fashion? She was the mastermind for DR1 and died, was the mastermind for DR2 and got her AI deleted, was the mastermind of DR0 and well... got reJunkoified before killing her boyfriend, jacking his project and starting up her plans, influenced and was still influencing the mastermind of DRAE and got her AI chips taken away by Izuru to get her main plans started.
