Unlike DAI with its inflated healthbar, DAO nightmare mainly gives the enemies higher resistances and make them do more damage while their health remains the same as in normal. You just need to have good enough equipment to withstand punishment, scout ahead and kite enemies one by one, and kill them before you're killed.
