As a Bayo player, really what fucks up Macs is just their constant barrage of pushing buttons. You can't stay on her long, just try and get in clean hits and don't be obvious about stuff.

Let her spam WT, it stales fast and then it really doesn't matter. Or as other people said yeah just bait out the counter and hit her. Even if she gets Bat Within, it's still damage.

If you throw out something that's even a little unsafe in Bayonetta's vicinity, she could Witch Time it and you could eat a heavy punish that could even include the loss of your stock. Remember that your pressuring and poking aerials you use against slower characters are actually slow to come out and that Pikachu's small stature and mobility allows him to quickly get into their blindspots. Use SHFF baits to see if he comes in and punish with a grounded option. I like up tilt on reaction because jab's hitbox doesn't hit very high at all, but don't whiff up tilt. Find out the opponent's quick attack patterns. You don't have great hitboxes for intercepting so it's best to avoid. Up air could catch a quick attack over you but those are rare. Pikachu likes to quick attack into the ground, so being in the air lets you avoid it, but watch out for Pikachu's catching your landing.

In general, the way Pikachu denies the neutral makes it difficult, so you'll have to figure out your opponent's habits and favorite options and play around those. They usually are decent against ZSS's best options so you'll have to go for a bit more non-standard stuff. Make sure you have labbed out optimal combos for Pikachu's weight class and know that being able to kill him relatively early especially with a mid-combo reset is your biggest advantage.
