Some people go to 17. I usually go to 15 on guys I have 6*, but now I'm starting to go level 20 on my top tier guys like Loki. Same with skills. I usually stop at level 3, but I'm maxing them out now. So by large, it depends on the guy.

Getting to 17 is extremely easy, so you should at least go for that. It only takes 1 bio per upgrade, and there's a really high chance of getting an ultra rank up. You can usually upgrade all your gears to 17 for under 20 bios total.

It's past 17 that shit becomes a problem. My advice is get everything to 17, and try to get your first gear to 20, since more attack is always worth it.

Going to be storytiming the Black Order half of Infinity (just tried reading through it that way, and the event is actually a lot tighter paced without the Builder War dragging it out) at some point before the update if anyone is interested.

Probably during patch maintenance since that'll give us something to do while we wait. Maybe a bit sooner.

It'll also let us have a stealth Future Fight thread on /co/ to hopefully get some more people playing. The lack of new traffic because of being on /vg/ sucks.

It wasn't supposed to be an event. Originally The Builder War was just going to be an arc of Avengers, and the Thanos part wasn't going to happen. Hickman straight up said so, and said that his original plan was to have all the act 2 stuff of New Avengers happening concurrently with the Builder War, but because he had to shoe-horn the Thanos plot in, that forced him to push that back and cut a bunch of the incursions that he had orignially planned.

Marvel forcing Infinity on Hickman fucked shit up for him pretty hard. Although that's hardly a new thing. Marvel loves taking things that were just supposed to be story arcs and turning them into events. Just look at AXIS and Fear Itself. The former was an Uncanny Avengers arc and the latter was just a Thor/Captain America crossover, until they got blown up into events.

It's already confirmed they will give the same boosts as the covers, but now you'll get them in a different place along with new character bios. Also, you'll be able to equip them (?), something like that, and they'll give additional boosts in PvP.

Like I said, let's hold off until we know exactly how it works. From what little we know it sounds great, but it could just as easily be a case of "yeah, you can get the shitty cards, but the premium cards are behind walls of paywall, and are necessary to be competitive."

Because, as of right now, I'm pretty sure covers don't apply to people you're facing in TL or BW, but if cards are "equippable" then having to deal with people using "premium" cards in TL or BW could just as easily cause problems.

I'm hoping for the best but best not to get too optimistic yet.

Everything about the cards sounds way too good and a lot more interesting when compared to the boring Covers. I'm positive about this change, now if only NM confirmed the rumours that PvP Timeline will be optional, then I'd be hyped again about the next update.

The only way for this to not be an improvement is if they become a cash grab, a worst one than the Carnage fiasco, but after all the drama that it brought, I very doubt NM is willing to pull another stunt like that one.... for now.

So far, we have Timeline being (possibly optional) PvP and the changes of the Comic Covers to Cards, also the new World Boss raid mode. I think we can all take for sure there will be new 6* Skills for some characters (Destroyer is pretty much confirmed because his Uni).

Those are pretty big changes. Hopefully, they'll revamp Daily Missions ('cause they are boring as fuck right now) and don't mess with Specials. Still, it feels like an alright update, unless the cards thingie drastically changes the game in a good way.

So apparently, honor and chaos tokens do have a cap of 60,000. There's a message about it when you finish a battle and the reward puts your token total to 60k (it can go over, but only for that reward). Afterwards, you're warned about the tokens before you start another TL or VS fight; you can proceed regardless, but most likely you're getting no more tokens until you start spending them.

Ronan isn't very good, but his leadership is fucking amazing for an all-universal team, one of the best leaderships in the game. GM and YJ are both really easy to farm, and really good combat/blasts respectively.

Ultron isn't top tier or anything, but he's another fast farmer (since he has the special missions combined with his story missions) and the perfect balance between tankiness and dps to get you through most of story mode.
