I still play Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 on my 3DS. Little bit of framerate issues but its still a natural continuation of the PES 4/5 engine (just like the criminally underrated Wii ports). and enjoyable for on the go.

Bought my first Nintendo consoles since the NES, Wii U and 2DS, the only games I've ever played are Mario 64, SMB, SMB3, Yoshi 64, and Paper Mario.

Most people obssess about the multiplayer experience but you will get hours and hours out of Classic Mode and All Star modes alone (playing through every character), much less the other modes. Then of course you could always get Amiibos and fuck around training them.

So does Hero mode in Twilight Princess HD do anything at all beyond making you take double damage and mirroring the game?

The first time I played the game I did so on the Wii with the Wii version. Where everything was already flipped.
I really had hoped to play the game un-flipped this time for a different experience. Basically the same reason for why Hero mode is flipped to begin with, to provide a different experience from the non-Hero mode. But even though I have never played Twilight Princess in Hero mode, it appears like both my playthroughs will be flipped if I insist on playing Hero mode.

So I have considered playing vanilla baby mode in spite of it being easier just to get at least one un-flipped playthrough. But if Hero mode does anything at all beyond damage and mirroring everything I probably wouldn't.

Alpha Sapphire has a contextually better legendary for Hoenn as a region (it would have been smarter if they played up different locations ala Ho-Oh and Lugia in Johto) but Team Magma are way better villains for the narrative.

It's pretty much impossible for me to see Maxie, Tabitha, and autistic Courtney as anything other than borderline cartoonish Nazi's in appearance and attitude versus their supporting role in Alpha Sapphire (Maxie's intellectual arrogance is also lost in this version) while both Tabitha and Maxie have the technological background and sophistication to believably resurrect an ancient lifeform.

I'm so desperate to know more about NX, when Reggie said on E3 2015 that they gonna reveal more information on 2016 my desperation starts and all 2015 and 2016 I can't sleep because I don't know nothing about NX.

I hope that the NX could run 4K games, it would be a huge step for the 4K resolution because even movies can't reproduce 4K video and PS4 and Xbone can't. It would be the real next gen console.

I'm not as excited as I am anxious. This could be the last the Nintendo home console. I just don't see Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony making any more systems after this gen. I doubt Sony will try another handheld.

I just really hope it's some thing radically different that moves away from the Wii image and back to the classic wacky Nintendo genius.

If NX has the popularity that Wii had maybe not for Nintendo.
Sony can make a PS5 but not a handheld and if they fail with PS5 they can quit on the gaming business.
Microsoft maybe make a next Xbox but in reality is gaming Windows 10 PC made by living rooms or just quit on making consoles and instead only makes a Windows 10 interface for third party hardware companies.

along with the fact that pic related, makes me rather chill about the whole thing. im kinda sad that everybody seems to be ready to let the wii u die because i really enjoy it and think that it has the potential to create the most unique home console gaming experiences ever. (btw how was affordable space adventures?) so the NX is a mixture off good and bad for me. and i would like to know more so that people stop guessing its details and assuming its going to kill either the 3ds or wii u or both they said it was going to do none of those if i remember correctly

The Wii U was a great console but the lack of third party support makes me to want a more powerful console with better support by the third party devs.
When I own my Wii U I was excited about the gamepad that is a great controller and for games that Fallout 4 (imagine controlling the pip boy with the gamepad), FPS like Overwatch, MOBA's like Heroes of the Storm can make the experience better than a PC but it's not so powerful and it can't run those games with an IBM processor. I wanted that the gamepad was a portable console but it wasn't and an hybrid would be perfect for me that I travel every year.
NintendOS sounds great and a digital distribution too and I hope that ends with DRM so I can play my VC games on NX without buying them again or Wii U games.
