It never seems like devs know what they're doing when it comes to balance, even when looking at PvE only.

Then visually and mechanically, they just never feel or look right. Hitboxes always seem poorly decided on. Collisions always seem silly. The concept of spacing and positioning is always stupid. Combos, hitstun, juggles, knockdowns/backs always seem wonky. Things just don't seem like they're consistent.

I don't like that hairstyle though, the sharp line across the forehead is too unnatural for me, but that's more a personal preference. If you think it looks good though, then that's what matters.

Also, I would've made the hair color darker, even just going straight black. The fact that you went with black scelera for the eyes would make a more "goth/emo" theme look good for that character. Also with that facial expression, it makes more sense to go that route.
