What is your worst problem with the game, and how would you have fixed it?

Mine has to be its half-attempt to use your actions to determine the story. It did it to a large extent (e.g. the decision to genocide being your decision, the impact of your killing monsters) but it could have taken further advantage of it. For example, using the game mechanics to encourage your killing of enemies beyond simple LV. The game's genocide story suggests that EXP is meant to be an incentive for your killing ("looks like free EXP") but it does not actually play a major role in the game. It gives you more health, but you don't ever *need* more health unless you're going full genocide (in which case the incentive is null).

A way to encourage killing more would be to provide awesome unlocks tied directly to EXP. Stuff like the ability to attack weak points, or to momentarily phase out of existence with the press of a button, or even to fly on the overworld. Those are just two-second examples, so they're obviously shit, but you get the point. Something to make the unwary first-time player kill monsters of their own free will, and not because -- for example -- they didn't know you could peacefully avoid them (which relies on passivity, making its impact negligible and making the player feel more cheated than like a bad person).

Undyne is now the Great God of the Monsters, and she will lead a great religious war across the Cradle of Dominion. She will summon powerful mages like the Toriel, and she will deploy legions of Royal Guards supplemented by Ghosts. I feel incredibly bad for Sans after my genocide run. He had to maintain a perfect defense against a killing machine that could indefinitely brute force it; Chara could make as many mistakes as she wanted, Sans couldn't make one. He knew how absolutely futile their situation was, and yet he continued to fight.

It's simple: Undyne is meant to be hard to talk down and frustrate the player because she's hard headed. Players don't think to run and simply give up and kill her. Then you get the most heart-wrenching scene in the game where she slowly dies and her attacks go from brutal to pathetic. Killing her is the "only choice" to them in that case.

I see what you mean. I do agree that this does encourage killing, and is a good example of what the game does when forcing the player to make the choices that determine the story (rather than going the Spec Ops route of literally forcing you). But, it is only one; I was referring to random monsters in general, as well as fights like Toriel (where most people only kill her because they don't know you can avoid it, which is cheap and usually results in them feeling cheated). I would contrast this fight with Undyne by the fact that by this time you know better and should be able to work out that there is a peaceful way to deal with Undyne.

I actually did neither of those things, though. A friend of mine ruined the Undyne fight for me.

The first drop was a bit too obvious, if that makes any sense?
The cheering after the drop was also kinda weird.
I like the hit noises from the game, but the other noises don't seem to fit very well.
Overall it's very good, almost perfect implementation of the other songs, as well as the main focus song.

I actually have been diagnosed with dependent, avoidant and immature personality disorders.

I always do Genocide first in all of the games I've played, then Pacifist afterwards, like I did on Human Revolution, so I looked up a spoiler-free guide on how to do a Genocide run.
