Just went 4-0 with Fuze using the ballistic shield and PMM. The whole time some nig on a mic was ripping on me, saying "noobs shouldn't play multiplayer till they do all the situations", that I was in the way, etc. After I won the match he didn't say a single word for the remainder of the rounds.

Then fucking play it, I play Blitz 9/10 times on offense and I don't give 2 fucks if we have a thermite or not.
Half the time Thermite fucking plays aggressive and gets himself killed before even setting a charge so it doesn't even fucking matter.

I've only won it twice, both on hostage defense(my favorite mode).

I've found that the most essential operators are Mute, Bandit, and Jager. Mute and Bandit place their devices on all of the reinforced walls, and Jager uses his devices to stop the grenades which will be thrown in.

It's much more fun than Classic Hunt and not as nearly impossible as Bomb Defuse.

I've always liked defense gamemodes where you can build up your base. With jager, bandit, and mute you can completely secure all of the walls and force the enemy to come into one or two doors.

I swear roamers are my fucking bane, after so many deaths from random lone faggots lurking near the upstairs hallway on the bank map I once meleed one of the windows and emptied 2 mags into the room (15 seconds after spawning and obj nowhere near the room), teammate behind me probably wondering what the fuck is going on as I stand there for 10 seconds waiting for movement. Surely there wasn't a guy in the room this time so I jump through the window and guess whose head isn't attached the moment I hit the floor on the other side
And don't even get me started on Pulse, now I love staring at my flank pretending I'm with the forward breach and seeing that bald piece of shit poke his head around the corner

I used to play competitive matches on gamebattles. Two hours a day training snapshots, running coordination drills and perfecting jumpthrows. Another two hours or more of scrimms and chalkboarding. Finally ending with 8+ hour weekend days running down the weeks lineup of ladder matches, money matches and grudge calls, filling the gaps with pickup games and more scrimms.
We were an elite team of professionals. But its a fucking nightmare just trying play keep up with yourself, it's an agonizing, soul draining cycle in pursuit of a fleeting high that comes, at best, 10 times a week.

The life of a tryhard is cruel, shallow and thankless. Now I play games for fun. It's liberating as hell to bask in anonymous mediocrity.

I'm playing on PS4. This guy makes a comment on having a different playstyle on console... in all PC vids I see, attackers roam all over the map and are able to run into a room and take a few people down before getting shot. If you did this on console, you'd get fucked the second your head becomes visible by an enemy.

I've been learning how to play operators from this dude's channel but I feel like there's a huge difference from PC and console. Does anyone play like this on PS4/XB1 ? Running into a room and dropping 2-3 guys before they can even shoot you?

Watch out when you play on Fort Havaford or whatever that map is called. There's a glitch spot where a defenders can glitch into the wall, and see and shoot perfectly through the wall outside, when you can't even see them.
