That question makes no sense, a map is always the same level and a "tier" always refers to that level.

Are you asking about Zana "maps" that use existing map tilesets at varying levels? Theses maps aren't 'tiered" and are just set to whatever level is appropirate for the mission or the area that the mission was found it and the mobs inside will be of that level.

i only take the first and maybe the second spell damage witch node. if you're going for freeze there is always ele damage around freeze nodes and for cast speed besides the really nice nodes i mostly get them on jewels.
as a totem build i favor hybrid life/es but if you're going all the way to bloodmagic then i guess you could try push for iw? going bloodmagic makes me think you might lack freeze chance though i guess a curse could solve that.

though i imagine hoi would be a great damage inc with all your freeze

Totems are essentially you.

If you have a buff, the totem has it. Like auras, totems don't gain auras because they are in range of the aura, they have it because YOU have it.

The only difference is you cannot get any on kill effects because they apply to the totem and they totem can't use/have them.
