Not necessarily. It just gets added to the weapon drop table after looping if you have Crown of Guns, and it can start dropping on 1-2 L1 following the normal weapon drop rules. I recommend taking Open Mind as Y.V. and then looking in the huge weapon chests for it after taking an Ultra mutation.

Sometimes rats hurt me even when I have gamma guts. Is there any way to know if they'll damage you?

So is there a glitch or is this a 'feature'? I just one-shot Big Bandit in his first few frames of charging in with a sledgehammer. How can I do it again?
