That's just a matter of shitty model rigging, same reason as why putting Saryn Noble on most other frames breaks their spines (and Saryn herself can't use anyone else's frames without clipping fucking everywhere). Animation sets don't care if the frame is male or female, only that it has a skeleton with all the correct bones.

Combine that with a source of energy (zenurik 4 per second, rage, a trinity in the group) and you're an immortal god.

You've also got a good (not amazing) aoe CC ult that can now be spammed (as above, you want a source of energy)

Your buff shout that should always be on you and several team-mates so you all do ~242% damage and stacks with all other increases.

Charge doesn't ever have to be used (I never use it really) but at least you can use it to cross ravines or charge right through laser doors or things.

Sure, a squishier mage frame might be able to increase group damage more or CC a larger area, but they can still be blapped dead by one millisecond of burst damage when shit gets tough, whereas enemies don't scale enough that something can break iron skin + shield + armored health on rhino without you having warning to press 2 again, absorb the next shots into your new stronger shield and walk off laughing. Even without it, his 275 base armor means a lot, essentially giving him twice the health of most other frames that provide any equivalent team buffs.

If rhino was missing his combo of strong base stats, strong 2, strong 3 and strong 4, then he could be a noob frame.
After the rework, he's just the safe and flexible "smart choice." He won't amaze by some lucky million damage crit, but you'll go a whole 60 minutes without ever seeing him lying there ruining the teams DPS as they try to go rez and wipe the team in the process as it kills them while they're helpless.

If someone gets in a squish frame and runs into a furball and dies, fuck them, I'll go show them where they should have stood (50 yards away from enemies and utilizing cover) as they bleed out.

Oh and yes, Rhino P will be worth 200 plat after supply's gone

If you're doing DEAC you can make just about any build work, if you're doing Post-DEAC you're going to hit the damage wall really fast and your build will fall through unfortunately as enemies will just do all of your health in damage in one or two hits and you won't have the opportunity to regain health with melee, especially if you get chain staggered.

Sounds like a fun little build to do, but it's purely for fun, and if that's what you want then cart blanche man.

Been using Loki and a Strum. I have absolutely no idea how to build Loki correctly, he feels mostly underwhelming. Radial Disarm and being invisible are nice, but christ I run out of energy real quick. And my damage output isn't nearly enough to make use of being invisible, so I end up running through most missions real quick or dying.

I hear Tonkor is pretty FotM, and TRYING to go for Mesa and Atlas since they look fun. But only mastery level 3 right now, all my gear is rank 30 though.
