It seems that driving around normally will usually raise it before you know it.

Additional tips would be: Go over every jump you see and try to land on 4 wheels, you get a boost if you manage it. Landing on 2 also gives a very tiny boost.

If you're hellbent on raising it as much as you can, play a lot of races and win. But uh, it only works if you win, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I recommend driving around on freemode and doing the jumps.

There is no shady hack for it. Just send a support ticket to rockstar support saying your character's appearance has been messed up and ask if you can redo it/fix it and they'll do set it up so the next time you boot up Online you'll be able to edit your character appearance.

No, but a lot of the time I get a 2 star wanted level when stealing one of the tuned sentinels near eclipse towers. And when I drive it to my garage a cop car spawns right there so I have to avoid it or call Lester. It's only slightly anoying, but annoying nonetheless.

Everytime I start the game, it signs me in and it works well. My friends can see me as online but I cannot see them as online. Basically, everyone on my friends list is offline regardless of their actual state.
