Hi guys, currently i have an unlinked emunand running on my 3ds XL, the thing is that when i did this i only had a 4gb SD card, which is kinda small, so i want to switch to a 32gb one, is there a way to just copy paste the SD contents in the new one and get it running without any hassle? or a way to copy my emunand to the new SD? or do i have to do all the process of "format emunand" and all that stuff in the new SD?

Basically you use pasta to install FBI on sysnand, then format emunand so sysnand gets copied over to the sd card with FBI in-tact

But you need to re-link your nands if you already unlinked them before attempting this, or you'll lose your saves. This is way more consistent than FBI injection imo

To be more precise.
SDHC cards have FAT32 format.
Microsoft has the copiright to that format up to 32GB. Thats why cards over 32GB are called SDXC and come in the exFAT format.

If you see a card over 32 GB called SDHX its probably a SD with a 2GB/8GB flash and a modded chip to tell the OS its of a higher capacity.

The Home Menu is in memory all the time, allowing you to return quickly when pressing the home button. Some games, like Smash, can take memory from the Home Menu for the game if they need it. If the folder isn't there you have made the folder in emunand
Do all the steps to get back to the HBL and start cakes
Look for the folder
If it is there you now have a definitive sign that you are in emunand.

Also if you followed the guide right in emunand FBI should be somewhere on the home menu.
Really the trick to cakes is enabling emunand in "select patches" i think all the thing sin "select patches" should be enabled as that is what i did.

For those that are having trouble with their downgraded 3ds/n3ds when setting up emunand/cfw, your downgrade might be incomplete.

The following homebrew checks if NATIVE_FIRM has been successfully downgraded.

i've downgraded a while ago and everything is running smoothly

however, i am unable to play the game that was preinstalled on my 3ds (fire emblem awakening) and the games i bought from the nintendo whatever store (smt iv, the new ace attorney).
they're simply not showing up after i formatted my sd card for the emunand. yes i did make a backup of those games and yes i did move the backup onto my sd card.

upon further inquiry, i found out that that this MAY BE because my 3ds is not linked to my nintendo id
so
i tried to access the nintendo store with the sysnand. but because i have ctrbootmanager installed, it autoboots me into its menu. choosing the homebrew channel there just turns the lower screen red and forces me to shut down my 3ds.

Use emuNAND Tool to create a backup of your emuNAND. And make a backup of you whole card.
Plug in the new card, format it to FAT32, inject the emuNAND, and copy all files to it.
Done.

Yes, it's optional but very handy.
Trust me, you will get tired of going through all the shit over and over again just to get into emuNAND.
And with this setup it does everything automatically.

Two things that I hope you guys can help me with. I'm pretty much set up with everything. Have CFW and can pirate games, and whatnot but I have two problems. First of all, what are the steps I need to take for them not to disable my web browser just in case I need to do the browser exploit again for some reason?

2. After Unlinking my NANDS, I can't access eshop or NNID settings anymore. I get a error code 022-2634 error as pic related. I've done some digging and it turns out that I need to sign in on my sysnand and relink it there but whenever I try to relink my ID, it asks me to preform a system update. Anything I can do to bypass this and get my NNID back up and running?

When I go to my home menu there's very briefly an icon without any picture, I'm assuming this is FBI, problem is it immediately dissapears. Is this a problem/fuckup or does it just mean it only properly shows up on the menu once I've gone through the whole EmuNAND creation process etc?
