Who they? Warmane or ToD?

Anyway, it wasn't long ago (just about a year) when ToD was quite clearly the best WotLK server in terms of scripting, and I'd argue it's still second only to GD (and maybe Sunwell, I never got comprehensive enough look to really tell), particularly in regards to Ulduar and some other areas.

While ToD devs now seem to have started working again, they were really quiet while the server was de facto dead. If we look at 3 month trend in regards to server quality and draw a line, Warmane would end up better scripted... eventually. What I can guarantee you, however, is that it's definitely good where it counts (like Ulduar) because I played there in its previous incarnation, and that the devs, whatever other faults they might have, aren't turbojews who might implement outrageous pay2win at any moment and don't have a history of letting their servers end up worse than open source emulation once they have secured a playerbase (they have a history of really slow releases, though, but this probably won't be a problem this time because the content is ready).

The Polish forum section is quite active, "Theatre of Dreams - Wrath of the Lich King 2.0 PL" thread for example has 15461 views (it seems to be total views rather than views by unique users, but it's still quite a lot). Besides Sunwell refugees, it also used to be a popular server and reading some of the Google translated comments, there seems to be interest in returning for the old time's sake. I of course can't guarantee anything, but I think it'll get at least a modest 1k population.

Lmao we all started doing heroics with like sub-3k GS a few days ago and it was hell but it's cool now.

Okay, I admittedly haven't played there since its release, but last time I checked with nothing I've heard since contradicting such a conclusion, it's an absolute bottom-of-the-barrel server ran by utterly corrupt turbojew admins.

Ignoring Corecraft that will be released Soon(tm) (and we all know how long that might take), in terms of quality of content, Hellground is currently the least bad server available. However, it has low population outside EU Primetime and most guilds are Polish or Russian (there are some international guilds as well, though). The second least bad server probably is Excalibur, but besides worse-scripted content, they also have outrageous custom features like badges from vanilla raids.

It's actually decent pre wotlk and the wotlk content is surprisingly decent. Many of the HCs work better than they do on GD even.
Progressive release is a lot of fun too, and they made naxx harder to make the 3.3.5a changes have less of an impact.
