And there's usually some explanation as to why the protagonist goes to these lenghts even if the girl is most likely willing, besides the protagonist just finding mindbreak more fun.
In UK Reiji knew Asami liked a idealized version of him, his mask of good teacher, not who he truly is. Add to the fact that he is ruthless and does not give a damn about what the women he goes after think about anything, he sees them as his possessions not people (this changes somewhat in some routes, as he grows to appreciate his "perfect slave"), and it's no surprise he goes out of his way to destroy Asami's image of him while training her into liking his true self.
As for KnK's Daisuke, it's not really touched upon but from his dialogue he seems to genuinely think that the bond between slave and master far surpasses the one between lovers and thus has no interest in pursuing something like that.
