691 spriest here. Simcraft says I should be doing 21-22k fully buffed. I'm doing 22-23k on a dummy. Either way I feel I should be doing more as my druid is a little over 700 ilvl and doing 40k.

Depends on the talents you're playing. You need high crit to play auspicious spirits. Also don't bother comparing yourself to a druid. SPriest is one of the lowest performing single target specs.

Insanity is good for fights with minimal movement. And yeah 20k is pretty bad single target. If you bring cascade however you can pad the meter substantially with bounce targets.

I do a lot of pugs with a SPriest friend and he was pulling closer to 40k without the lego ring and i705. I know he has the kaz trinket and the heirloom one from mythic dungeons though.
