There are people out there that can match servants, and the US has magus among their divisions, which is an entire point in Fate/Strange. its one of the only countries where magic is one of their big secret resources that works directly with the government.

If Alexander was ever in a position where he might lead to magic being discovered to the world, so many people would converge against him and take him out.

USA might just hire some Aoko or Kouma out there to match Alexander perhaps, or they would summon servants of their own. Servants have a hard time being killed by anything of the modern age, but even Arcuied confirms that humans have not actually grown weaker as a species. Rather their power has just shifted, and they've grown stronger as a collective, rather than individually. Humans are roughly as strong as they ever were, which is why even Arc doesn't try to mess with them so much. She admits their danger; if you ever make yourself a target of the entire world, you are likely to be fucked in several different ways.

Its a bigger world out there than people realize as well; each new entry to TM as a whole has some new super prodigy or monstrous potential type. You think people would realize eventually that even if these type of people are one in a million, you'll still find them no matter where you go in some form. Among the super odd potential monster types, we haven't even scratched the surface in the world, its a big world out there, and you'll always have those guys in hiding.
