It's not something individuals easily own, but most aren't super rare either. Iirc Rackam in his fate episode says that sometimes ships get abandoned because fixing them was impossible or costs more than getting a new one.
At any rate, I suppose there's a chance given how many coincidences happen with the MC. I might have missed if Noah seemed like he knew dad, if he did then there's a good chance dad rode the Grand Cypher more than 20 years ago. Otherwise the Grand Cypher is mostly Rackam's romance story with airships. (and possibly really really old if Noah is the architect)

I tried to make a GBF SR tier list. I don't have the majority of the characters and the wiki lacks specific % information on a lot of buffs and nukes. Google translate is also a shit. So there's likely a lot of stuff wrong.

Purely off reading the wiki, he has OD Assassin. That's alone is really good. It does come with Def Down + Aggro Up, but Earth has a lot of cover/tank units (SR Garadoa, Boremia, SSR Sara).

It took them a whole year to add tap sounds, so you have to wait patiently. Actually, since the ver 3 update, the game runs smoothly and it doesn't crash (at least for me).
