Ok, here are three fixes for STCSWP:
fixes missing bump map for the act_arm_bandit texture
fixed crash when removing pso1m21 from weapons
fixed c-more duplication bug

I'll probably add the STCoPWP weapons to it sometime soon, but I want to switch back to focusing on Warfare for now and get this resource system implemented fully.

V3 of Mutant Nerf for Warfare 0.5 gents, all V3 does is make it to where mutant spawns are less reliant on how many points they own (because the faction_brain doesn't let them physically own points), you will see them respawn faster than in V2, but its nowhere near where it was without the patch.

Should fix the extreme lag when saving as well as make mutants not spam. Added one variable to warfare_options.script - MAX_MONSTER_SQUADS which is set to 200 (23 active levels so something around 8 mutants per level if you don't kill them off and no one else does which is unlikely). Let me know if I fucked shit up.

unpack anywhere (no installation required)
rename "launcher.exe" to "Stalker-CoC.exe"
download two patches from "Official Patches" folder in CoC repository, copy them in the version order to your unpacked CoC folder (so the CoCdater.exe is in the same folder as Stalker-CoC.exe)
run CoCdater, wait for it to calculate file hashes, when it finished press "update" button on the left, press yes
launch the game, check if the version in main menu is 1.2.24
apply trucks cementery map fix from "Fixes" folder (just copy over the "gamedata" folder to the main CoC folder, always overwrite if asked to)
download and apply (same as before, copy over) AO3.1 for CoC (like in >>127408452 )

enemy squads still spawn all the time, so my faction gets overran in about 30 minutes. even if nobody is attacking and i leave the area, my faction's squads just die out due to mutant spawns or something - bases are just empty (no npcs), red circles on map with no owning faction. i remember everything working properly in 0.3.1.1.

That would make it spawn at full condition
(math.random(40)+30)/100 makes it pick one number between 1 and 40 (math.random(40), add 30 to it (+ 30) and then divide the number by 100.
so if the number chosen was 22 it would be = 22 + 30 /100 = 0.52 which is 52% condition
