My experience:
Pingzapper gets me a better ping than WTFast (as a South Australian- connecting to a JP data center; w/o VPN ~240ms, PZ ~165-185ms, WTFast ~175-195ms), but WTFast seems to have more robust performance with fewer disconnects and the included ping graph helps me work out whether there's an issue with my connection, WTFast itself or the game.

I haven't played around that many Bard gear myself. I'm 52 myself and haven't seen too much gear. But you can't go wrong with the Bard shirt.

I was planning on working on a new hat, gloves are ignoreable and the standard bard shoes are really nice.

Have you tried to take any vitamins to help? If this keeps up, I suggest taking Magnesium pills, it's a great vitamin that most foods don't give. It helps with sleeping and waking up, literally makes you feel refreshed and stuff.

Bonus attributes are inconsequential when you've over 1,000 with good gear, even for strength. Almost all of your damage intake is handled by cooldowns. As such, it doesn't make sense to clamber for vitality when strength is less of a loss.

The new VIT calculations they have planned for 3.2 is going to change things though when we're forced to use fending only.
