Scaling completely reworked. All heroes start with roughly old level 10 stats now.
Cleanse doesn't make you unstoppable anymore
Tyrande's shadowstalk no longer reveals enemies now puts a heal over time on teammates at level 20 it gives +40% movement speed
Zeratul's void prison cast range was reduced, worm hole's active time was reduced, and his Focused Attacks was replaced with a unique version
Jaina's slow got nerfed & frost elemental doesn't chill nearby enemies when summoned
Johanna's shield doesn't stun as long

Rank 30-50 isn't much better. It's filled with people who instantly lock in their favorite heroes despite being a terrible choice and people who stop playing after 5 minutes after they get yelled at for making a bad decision.

I got placed rank 35 after the reset and it took me forever to get past 30 because of people who trolled up games because they stopped caring for one reason or another, it was fucking infuriating. Now I'm stuck at rank 20 because I get people who think it's a good idea to pick 2 warriors who don't tank or deal damage.

How do you build Thrall?

So far I usually build:
>Block / Rolling Thunder
>Ride the Lightning (Envenom vs stealthies)
>Wind Shear / Frostwolf Grace
>Thrall's only heroic
>Grace of Air / Spellshield
>Tempest Fury
>Nexus Blades / Bolt
I don't know how optimal this is, the extra active heal can be super useful when someone thinks they can finish me off, but the reduced CD on Windfury makes Thrall a beast in longer fights. Although, most fights tend to end with a well placed Sundering and a single burst from everyone.

Is Forked Lightning good against a poke team? I just can't imagine being without the massive heal that Tempest Fury provides.

Thrall already shits on Nova and Zeratul, so you don't need to counter pick for them. Follow through is good in any build, but a little better with forked lightning. Giant Killer should be considered if you plan to take tempest fury.
Forked lightning is always good. You take it when going all in with windfury is a bad idea. Any hero with blinds or good cc can ruin a windfury build. Forked lightning can't really be countered, and you don't necessarily lose healing if you took ride the lightning.
Both Thrall's heroics are very good. Earthquake is very strong against enemies with poor escape and to combo with other heroics. The level 20 upgrade for earthquake is pretty broken; it's like 4 storm shields.
