You are not deranking based on your performance, but based in the rating that determines your rank.

I was smfc/low-global before update and then went down to LEM after update, been stuck there since.

LEM is now is pretty much what SMFC was. Before the update LEM was ridiculously bad compared to SMFC, I could tell if I was in a match with all LEMs because things would get really stupid.

I play about 50% Cache and 50% Dust2. There's nothing wrong dust2. I notice no difference in people I get with the dust2 matches compared to other maps, people still seem to generally be the same regardless of map.

team did awful first half, second half we destroyed.
I queued with two "supreme smurfs", and they bottomfragged the whole game, I 2nd topfragged, and a 12 year old topfragged. They thought we were all smurfs/cheaters. One of my teammates was spamming justin bieber.
We won the game, 16/10, but I feel like we should've lost.
In fact, I feel worse winning than I do if we had lost.
