Yes, but fire one while running and while it tracks it you can get into it's dead zone where it can't target anything

How is this game solo? I've heard that it's okay but resource gathering is incredibly painful.
How is the /vg/ PvE server? Could I come on and have some land to build on? How full is it?

If the resource gathering is cranked up, not bad. Default rates are terrible though.

I rarely see many people on. I haven't been on in a while, but there was a lot of open areas you can build.

The map is too big and the population is too small/indifferent to hunt down new players. I think most people would prefer the server to grow, so you shouldn't see aggression from the established groups. Maybe a few of the newer players are raiding each other, but I haven't heard anything about it.
