memchunkhax2 is a arm11 exploit, which means you'll only be able to do a partial downgrade similar to mset downgraders as far as I was told. Obviously CFW is still a high possibility with it, but it'd need to be developed with 10.3 in mind since everything else is already made for 9.2. What this means for you is that you could be waiting months to a year before you have CFW on your 10.3 if you decide to upgrade. Meanwhile snshax will likely be out in a couple weeks max and you can go straight to 9.2 and go nuts.
