Why do people call her bad again?

People use Saber Alter because she has 50% more NP damage than other servants, and because she has damage buffing skills.

Tamamo Cat has 200% more than Lancelot, 350% more than Alter, and 400% more than most servants. And while not as good as Alter's prana burst, her monsterous strength is pretty good.
You might argue that Herk/Vlad/Kintoki has the same multiplier, but they're only single target, meaning 1/3rd of the damage. (Though they are obviously better because of raw dmg, and since most boss rounds are mob/boss/mob)
Like her only downside is that she has a quick NP, but that doesn't really affect the NP damage multiplier.

Franken even has 100% more than Tamamo cat, which is just rad

This really is the best time to be a Fate fan, isn't it? Grand Order is amazing if you love the Fate side of things. The new Servants and lore information is so damn cool. We just got London and I'm already really hyped for America to see more Servants and lore bombs.

It's nice to see some different sides of Servants, too, even if some of it is fan service. Like Uncle Vlad or good guy Paracelsus or Mordred being proud of her father.

Roughly how strong is the rate-up effect by the way? I know the rarity is decided before the servant, but how likely are you to get the one you want? twice as much?
