Problem is however is that with the power creep her 3.33x atk multiplier isnt worth shit, and blue is already infamous for being no damage and hard to get subs for.

Red developed in a way that allowed urd to be a really good sub. Skuld as a sub in blue is suboptimal at best, and she doesnt bring much damagevwith her on too of blue dongs not bring very well developed in general.

Skuld needs a good ult.
