Renewal should probably be scrapped altogether it's such a shitty heal. Make it be Sacrifice or something and have Oberon take a part of the damage his allies are taking but mitigate it by a scaling percentage and give him health regeneration while it's active so you can just fuck with a QT/Rage build and becoming the undying angry Paladin or something.

If you build it like a bow or Tonkor you'll easily deal like 8 18k crit arrows out of the 14 arrows total. Mine hits 8k or 18k in Sortie 3s and most other content, only takes 1-3 bursts to kill anything plus the satisfying feeling of feeling like a carpet bomber when aimgliding with it

Smite Infusion makes Oberon a legit support build, I use reckoning to proc radiation and mess with ancient auras etc if theres an abundance of energy (from trin) but desu everything reckoning does is done by smite anyway and the tendril balls are flying out of your allies anyway.
+300% damage to every member of your party is a huge boost and really easy to sustain, and the base 130% (with max intensify) can be sustained indefinitely with just rage and flow.
If Hallowed ground was an AOE around Oberon like a sort of Aura that buffs allied armor and gives them a drip heal it would be far more useful, especially if your team has some high armor brawlers.

Renewal needs a complete rework to either instantly heal or give a heal over time that doesnt stop when health is full so for 15s your allies will rejen health any time they take damage. The slow down to bleedout can be helpful though, I've gotten more use out of it for that than I have for the actual healing.

It's not the most efficient weapon, and I'd say it's only good if you use all 4 dual stat element mods on it. But it's fun watching enemies faceplant again and again inside a blast cloud. Having corrosive on it makes augmented armor sorties easy even with any corrosive projections.

I've been using ash p for conclave, basically what you do is rund laps picking up energy and once you have 100 energy you get 1-2 free kills, the trick is to not die

I'm trying to get Nova Prime as my next warframe from Saryn.

Saryn without a catalyst and without the 'best' mods doesn't seem strong enough to do the T3 C rotations for the chassis, I already have the blueprint and helmet. Should I just try and get stronger weapons (have sobek, galatine and akzani) or get a stronger warframe that is easier to get like Valkyr?

It can be a tremendous grind, or it can be really easy. Once you have the entire starmap open so you can do the spy missions it's worth getting her, but just be aware how long it could take you.

That said, spy missions are good as far as credit rewards, mods, and affinity goes. Take gear that needs leveling while you're grinding her out and make sure you don't trip alarms while extracting data and you'll level alot of shit.

You also get the added bonus of becoming autistically efficient at spy.

Ivara falls in the same category, tries to do several things but excels at none. She's extremely overrated because of novelty and waifufagging, it'll wear off in time.

That's also a god awful recommendation for a new player frame.

Her kit bleeds utility, yeah there's a lot of waifu-fagging over her but there's so much utility packed into her and still the potential to deal absurd damage that she's definitely a frame worth considering for just about anything you do.

And "managing" post-DEAC is quite different from largely ignoring it, which is what frames like Loki and Trinity enable. Ivara does as well through the utility she offers more so than potential damage.
