Is this remotely worth going for? The first one was fairly cheap but this one is hundreds of AP worth of drops, and I'm sure it'll only get worse since it more than doubled from pull 1 to pull 2.

If you don't have a good weapon pool you can take it.
Personally even if JP and Gold/Silver Certs is more useful, I don't think Cygames will run this event again, not in the next 12 years at least.
Because on the next year we will probably get the monkey equivalent of SR.
So I will get all of them weapons once for collection purpose.

Starting with light or dark is more painful than average because of the sparseness of good weapons, though. But Naru hits like a truck.

Which one is worth more between an account that have Anira+Luci or an account that have Anira+Anchira (assuming I can get them)?

Hypothetically, it'd be Anira+Antira because you wouldn't have a guaranteed way of getting Antira after the Anira, whereas you can re-roll for Lucifer and then Start Dash Anira.
