"Civil Infested"
Rebelious warframes that caught some version of the technocyte, making them indipependent from both the tenno and the infested. Neutral towards everyone except the infested and stalker, because they are actively trying to kill them. If you are hostile then they simply dont show up for a while.

They lurk around orokin towers, and for some reason are undetected by the neural senteries and the corrupted units.

They are a hive mind that has individual members, so they have shared memories. Interactions with them are limited to simple trading at first, but eventually leads to more lucritive deals. They require raw materials in exchange for rare ones, and eventually trade parts of their own style of weapons.

They have no agenda, they have no motivation to fight. They grow their numbers by repairing fallen warframes and "infecting" them with their own strain of technocyte. Repaired warframes are a patchwork of metal, but their flesh doesnt spread and bubble like the infested.

Random ass people ,just regular folks that decided to be mercenaries or scientists or something. But with Grineer and Corpus hogging all the resources the pay days for them are few and far a part so they scavange alot and make use of what they can find, robust ships or refurbished ships of grineer and corpus. Some of them are former corpus and some are former grineer even.

"Raiders"

a group of rogue Tennos who discovered their existence after Stalker failed to kill you and spread the words to find the true meaning of Stalker's reasoning and journey

in order to build their own military power, apart from the normal Tenno teaching, they will raid several nodes on planets (a la alerts) to try to salvage as much resources as possible (just like how you farm) using their Warframes

the frame you'll be fighting is random but their level will be scaled with the average level of your team's warframes and modded with bullshit mods just like Stalker

everyday their target planet will change and they will stay on the planet nodes for 24 hours before changing, defeating them in the mission will guarantee you a rare resource drop (green boxes) per warframe defeated. the number of rogue warframes you'll be fighting will be randomized from 1-4 per player (with 4 frames minimum and 16 enemy frames maximum)

this will give players a new potent way to farm resources, and also give a new element of surprise and randomness. i think its kind of fun to guess what kind of frames you're going to fight

Like 2 factions, The Tennos and The Mercs, 8 man missions where they have to race against eachother for something, maybe data or materials? They both start at 2 ends of the map and have to race to the middle in the shape of mirrored maps, then they have to duke it out in the middle with some kind of puzzle or some task, like you need to carry a disk to a data point and then back to extraction and the players can stun eacother to make them drop the data disk and pick it up and run back to their extraction.

I bought two of those DLC packs off of Kinguin for like 10 bucks each.

The problem is that Steam only lets me activate one of them.
