Don't really know too much of the whole norse mythos so I might be wrong. And Haimdallr does kinda fit. If Tilca is related/reference to some it should be somewhat related to spring and sky/winds so Tyr doesn't really seem fit although can't remember what Tilcas sword was called and its ability to summon dead spirits, which would kinda fit though for Tyr.
Although its been while and can't remember clearly from the game, but Regret and Tilca both were new in that the inherited the role of some previous gods so thats why they might have picked some more obscure roles from mythos that kinda would fit if those were who were in their position before.

I have an i7-2600k and a GTX 980 Ti 6GB and I get about 45-50fps at 1080p max graphics settings with girls and npc population set low (5 each I think). I haven't tried increasing girl count or mob count. There's been a considerable improvement since launch, but you still get 2-3 second freezes, 5+ second loads, occasional severe lag (drops to 10-20fps for a while for seemingly no reason), extremely obvious pop-in, etc. Free mode doesn't do it for me and I don't like not having all the girls on the map. If they haven't fixed it now, I don't think they ever well.

It's funny how both SBPR and CM3D2 use Unity engine (probably similar versions, too) and yet one feels nice and polished and runs ok on craptops while the other is fucking shit
