There's no point in getting multiple Ares unless you just like seeing a party of 4 Ares. One is enough to farm everything. Better to work on making the other level 60 skells and super weapons, or farm for a good ground build.

Ground gear's easy enough to farm when you're killing Tyrants. Just equip the last-level Reginal stuff (the one that gives Treasure Sensor VI) on yourself and your party (each piece stacks up to a maximum of 125%, if I remember correctly) and just kill some high-level Tyrants.

Can't find it now, but there was a post on reddit detailing easy-to-farm Tyrants (and their respective drops) with your Ares.

Well, if you want any of those elements the two sphinx ones are pretty reliable for it. They drop six star, nopon and ma-non stuff so that covers all the elements except beam. They're both level 70 as well so just pick whichever. Primordia is probably easier since the oblivia one has a damage spike after losing so much HP or a limb or something.

First you have to figure out the build you want to go with and how to make it stronger. But typically you find some way to stay in overdrive constantly and pump melee attack out the ass. or weapon power if you're using something with like 400+ base attack. And you can focus on a TP skill and build potential which is how the blossom dance build works.

IMO Soul Voices are pretty neat but the lack of lines makes them grate really fast. If they had a canon party a la XBC1 though I could see it being a lot better/bantery. Imagine voice-acting wise;

Only if you are using Core Crusher, which is a straight up 150% damage boost to all Ether attacks, with the downside being no appendage damage. If you stack it with the other 50% Ether damage boost, you're looking at 200% damage boost, which is huge.

It's easier to use effectively than an electric build or more specific endgame builds, which is why so many people use it.

Zero Lapse (50% faster AA) helps majorly and Javelins have little/no problems building TP.

Whats a good way to level? I am currently at 18 and am trying to level until at least 20 before I start chapter 5. Doing normal and Affinity quest don't seem to do much at this point and most mobs that are around or above my level are either too far above me or low enough where grinding won't really do much

Its possible. I was looking at the videos by the japanese player with Gatling Gun build posted in the other thread, and I noticed something in his Telethia Plume video. He makes his entire NPC party do infinite overdrive at the same time.

Its noticeable because of Mia shouting Energy Point (Energy Source) every few seconds, which has a 36 second CD. Mia, L, and HB all can give TP to each other and Topple spam. Also if anyone didn't know, having multiple party members activate overdrive gives an extra bonus effect. 2 members triggers more Soul Voices, 3 members makes all Arts gain an extra 50 TP per hit, and 4 members gives 50% damage reduction and immunity to Stagger/Topple/Knockback/Launch/Flinch. Basically get infinite TP.

This setup took 1940 RP of Telethia.

You burn fuel in combat mode, you can fly in combat but landing with ZL turns off flight.
Get a good Miranium network and storage setup so you don't need to worry about fuel.
