They love Hakuno by default, but they're still not against loving other people depending on situation, like if they were summoned into another different way. Sakura and Shirou are in a relationship; Rider is a bro who likes both of them and supports their relationship as much as she can. Yet she can't help have some feelings for Shirou as well. She likes to play it off as a game, she drinks his blood at times, but in the end she can't betray her best friend and master by earnestly making a pass at Shirou and trying to take him. So she suppresses her feelings a bit, because all Rider's are bros, and she's not a betrayer.

Sakura may be jealous of Rider's beauty at times, although this is a trait they sort of have in common as we see in one scene in HF as they both ask Shirou who is cutest when he's avoiding the question at the dining table. If you think that's just Sakura, then you missed how Rider says that both her and Sakura are fundamentally similar people.

Yet the point of that last statement I got sidetracked off of, is that Sakura trusts Rider as well outside of those scenes when Rider is playfully teasing Shirou and Sakura playfully acts yan. In order to get Rider in on the action, its not too difficult as its been shown in the past. Sakura isn't hard to take into these things as long as she doesn't feel like she'll lose her place. She's weak to compliments from Shirou, and as long as you make her feel like she's still the main bitch no matter what, she might be into some action with someone else. If you can get Sakura to agree, then Rider isn't far behind, since you just need Sakura talking to her to convince her to join you there.

Its just like when Sakura was nervous to show herself at the pool, so she wanted onee-chan Rider with her there to give her some confidence. I think that's something that happened anyway, but having Rider there does give herself more confidence at times.

Even if you're not dating any of them; but you offer to have a five way with them suddenly, they might still agree.
