You're gonna have a hard time with that, most laptops, even with actual GPUs (mobile GPUs but still) end up being unused, because maple doesn't detect them as actual hardware and shoves you back on to the integrated chipset. I've not found a single mobile card that works with maple. not one.
So your best bet will be to buy something with a fairly strong CPU and deal with invisible mechs, invisible reflects and other shit.

Mobs are always faster unless it's like a low level theme dungeon quest.Those are pretty much designed to be speedy leveling and the rest of them suck unless it's a quest for something you need like allcures. Zero is probably the most mobile while actually attacking.

Not really, their skills fling them and their weapons around the most. A lot of classes have good mobility, but not many have attacks that make them mobile. Rapid fire classes can move while firing but it's at about normal walk speed, so yeah.
