I'd go with "because launcher has ass cp regen", personally, and the less active chips you have the better. also Sue has a 中++ activation rate at max ability which is easy to get because 10*, 12 cost so it'll fit into basically any loadout. Hell, realistically you should use the bouncer chip.

My bad, we agreed that we'd allow WB. About Gav, he too used the tree, we all did and weren't suited for it for the most part.

Admittedly I switched to Invade with Jingle Tree camo a ways in, and Gav used a DS near the end. The health status messages weren't looking good. If we got 12/12, even 10/12, I wouldn't have had to do that. Feel free to chew us, mostly me, out for that.

It's definitely not something I'd push for often, but a 30-minute fight with XH loser once in a blue moon was a hoot. I'm still freaking out about it.

Just tested on ringa, seraphy didn't add a tick, so it was a dead chip, not even good for element fodder since I was at 310 beforehand.
The cp regen is irrelevant, as the main problem isn't refilling the bar, it's getting all chips to activate at once and then emptying it in 2 seconds; getting another rngish chip to activate would be a pain, since sometimes it can take up to 50 seconds to get 4 chips to activate, god knows how long it could take to activate yet another one.
I'd test with rabbit wand too, but this character don't have it.
I was using Lisa before gwana, and the overall dps raised after getting gwana. Katori COULD raise the damage, but this character don't have it either.

The whole es chip library needs an overhaul I think. You have old chips that are fucking worthless once you're past level 20 (azanami/ohza/maru for example) and even moreso now that you get a free weaponoid that has zero cost. Then you have the 12* chips that are shitting out absurd modifiers left and right, and the 11* weaponoids etc.

It's kind of a clusterfuck when 80% of the chips are worthless, worse than triple triad.
