If you can connect a pair of headphones to your monitor(if your monitor has audio output) it should be fine, I have my headphones connected directly to my moniter and I get perfect sound. If you don't have audio output on your monitor I think you are out of luck.

Man, I really wanted to like the P3 movies the first one was very promising the pacing was great and the protag was cool and seemed to be getting over his empathy, even at the begining of the second movie was still going strong between the love hotel and the beach the protag was looking to end up becoming like p4 animation Yu with a quirky personality choosing all of the weird outgoing dialog options. It's the same director man (Seiji Kishi) and the same scriptwriter who helped with the majority of P4GA. These movies never had a chance.

I'll wait until I've seen #3 to really judge but it hasn't been looking so good since they made Makoto indirectly responsible for Shinjiro's demise in #2. I think some changes are okay and even creative (what they did with Fuuka in #1, partially what they did with Ken/Shinjiro #2) but everything else is so contrived and almost out of character.

Akihiko punching Junpei? He's never been that temperamental to anyone but Shinji in the games. In the trailer it even looks like Aigisi is trying to shoot Ryoji when he comes back to the dorms, killing the mutual respect they confess to having at New Years. This is actually my biggest problem with the movies. If the Aigis pandering and MC's personality weren't just a product of trying to add edginess and drama none of them would be so bad. They could have set Aigis with MC through daily life scenes where you see how they interact and grow closer to each other. Instead the movie is filled with uncalled for drama starring them, which doesn't help making their relationship believable since it ends being basically shouting out each other names and Aigis spouting her I will be by your side maymay at random. Even in the last PV that's literally the only thing they do, dramatic cries and "I will be by your side."
Sincerely, this last PV was ridiculous for me. The dramatic shit was over the top. Ryoji transforming into Death was ridiculous since that was the form of the fragmented Death, not the complete one he is now, and they even skip the symbolism of Thanatos being him altogether.

I played through all the romances in P4 and I thought Naoto is the one that fit best together with Yu, but in P4GA they went with Marie because she was the new character they tried to push. Ken,Junpei,Aigis,Mitsuru and Akihiko mention the time they all fought each other in their mental narration in the arena games and Aigis flat out remembers Elizabeth and she thumps her for forgetting the "Enlightenment" she discovered under her all those years ago. Plus Aigis is on the roster as The Fool rather than the Aeon like she was in Persona 3. Or was it the Chariot? Then again, Yu is still listed as a fool rather than the world like he was in the game.
