Nerve Strike:
>Every X seconds your next auto attack will stun the target for a short time. The stun will be longer the less health the target has.

Living Shadow:
>Can now swap as many times as you want, but swapping shadows costs energy, same with ult.
>Instead of current passive, now has a nerfed version of contempt for the weak

>Deals less damage, but now deals a percentage of ALL damage dealt to the target, not just Zed's.

Zed's current problem is that he's only useful for his raw damage. In order to contribute he needs a ridiculous amount of damage or he's useless.

With this change, Zed has less kill potential, poke and waveclear all by himself, but he can peel, catch out targets for his team with his high movespeed, and mark high priority targets for his team.

I know putting hard CC on Zed sounds ridiculous, but BECAUSE of that hard CC his numbers can be toned down to a manageable level and he can take on a more sustained damage pattern.

This isn't meant to buff him, if the numbers you're imagining would make him overpowered, then tone it down.
