Anyone wanna do a test-game of free for all on my first ever forge map? Its a pretty shitty map but I wanna improve it, and if you would join and play I'd be very grateful, especially if you gave some constructive criticism.
Its supposed to be a meteor in space, where theres power weapons and places to hop around to all along the map. Its all rocks, too.

I tried recreating my favorite custom game from halo 3, Monster Trucks on stop light. Unfortunately, I didn't put spawn points on it, only initial spawns, so I can't edit it anymore for some reason.
And is there a way to make it so you can still splatter spartans, but shooting will do no damage?

Maybe use a gametype where everyone has increased shield strength? People wouldn't be "invincible", but it would be enough of an incentive to go for splatters instead of shooting

More shields might prevent splatters, not sure, you'd still be about to knock people off the map though

Not having a mic is fine,it's still a step up from leavers. My stats were complete shit my first 100 games or so since I hadn't played since H3. But I took a -3.9 career kda up to+1.5 in short order and been playing above water all season so far. I like to get power ups (camo/os) as often as possible but I play best with pistol or br in my hands so I tend to support challenges for powerweapons.

>Thrust away if they get too close

Anybody who's played around with charging will know it's not at all foolproof. You have to run in a straight line, allowing the target to get several good shots in; the ability to thrust away is always viable; and if you do hit, they recover the ability to shoot first, so if they got any shots in they'll still be at an advantage.

I'm playing Guardians at the moment, and just recently finished The Thursday War. Personally I prefer most Halo stuff before the Bungie split, but the series is great and I'll continue following it until a new Metroid game comes and takes my attention off of it.
