skill based matchmaking, basically puts you with people of the same score per minute and shit. its frustrating because it can take like 5-10 minutes to find a match sometimes because it ONLY searches for people within a certain spm of you. which also means that you might end up finding matches with shitty ping.

except this is casual, not competitive. go to arena if you want skill based matchmaking. its not even about stomping anyone, its about having fun, and when you go up against 'equal' players who tryhard with the drakon/vmp/vesper, it isn't fun at all.

It's completely unreasonable to make the camo requirements headshots. Seriously what the fuck were they thinking. Shotguns are for running and gunning and one shot kills, why the hell should headshots be required when pellets go all over the place and you have to be lucky enough for the killing one to hit their head.

I'm impressed. Free weekend let me and about 2 other friends hop in and shoot shit.

Bought this shit since PC Splitscreen, and co-op campaign.

Multiplayer is fun too. Pretty good game.

Nope, since all weapons keep damage in hc, only players get less hp. Flak jacket makes you take percentage less explosive damage but that only works when you have 100 hp.

used to be better before they buffed rcxd and hellfire cluster damage. Now you only survive frag grenades (not trip mines). Either go for flak jacket or overclock

Forgot to mention: You survive like 3 sparrow arrows and war machine clusters too. In hardcore yes.

So, the Hardwired perk allows you to see through Smokescreen (among other things), but when I equip and use a smoke screen grenade on my character, the smoke still blocks out my view..

Does this perk ONLY work on enemy grenades or what? Literally can't see shit in my own smoke.

Is there a reason people are so buttmad over the addition of SBMM? I just started playing on PC yesterday and I'm having a blast so far, haven't had any issues finding games.

Don't bother. Go fast mags + extended mags and hipfire constantly while jumping up and around your enemy. Expect it to always take 3 shots and you'll do great.

Is there LITERALLY any solid evidence about SBMM suddenly showing up? Playing on PS4 and haven't noticed anything different - I'm still paired with retards and the enemy team is all on my level, and I carry my hardest to either victory or a close loss. Same as day one.

All I've seen for 'evidence' is a Drift0r video from 3 days ago that was noted over and over during the video as being speculation, no announcement from treyarch, just a bunch of people saying "IT'S HERE. SBMM IS HERE. SAVE YOURSELVES."

Reminds me of when Rainbow Six Siege was in beta and a rumour started that the tickrate was 15, which was quickly accepted as truth, until the devs confirmed the tickrate is in fact 64, then that 'truth' was dropped hard. Is everyone just crying wolf without realising they're wrong? Is there any non-anecdotal evidence that confirms SBMM?

it's a known issue, enough for console users to buy jitter controllers which do the same thing for you

So how do you get sniper rifle long shots? Only places I can think of is like somewhere on havoc because no matter where I went on redwood the sightlines weren't long enough.

haven't played cod since mw2, i played "comp sniping" (xgen, skyz, sniping leaderboards, all of that shit) on console (360) - i got an xbone last month for hella cheap, no games however but i am thinking about picking up bo3 because i am super impressed with the movement. i am definitely not wanting to get back into competitive sniping but i am interested in trying to play competitively however i can't find shit

is the bo3 competitive scene alive on xbone or should i just stick with cs:go / buy bo3 for pc

I've been getting tons on infection, just stick to the towers on either side of the map (church or apartment). As long as you can avoid getting ganked due to camping there you'll rack up tons of kills.

You'll have no issue finding DOM, Kill confirmed and tdm lobbies on core and hardcore. FFA, snd and 0-2% population game modes depend on the time of day if there's a lobby going on.

Also server browser and mod tools in the future.
