You're not going to like what they've done with the place. But you can still sort of fast, and there's movement speed mods, and I'm not sure if rush adds to "bulletjumping", but you can do one of those, then do the air kickslide crouch thing to kick forward, or right click and hold to "aimglide", you can also flip and repeat but glide and wallhang etc runs out (can be extended by mods)

Short explanation is maximise potential armor and survivability. Build for elemental ward and vex armor.
Ice element for armor boost with ward.
Steel fiber
High dur, high str.
Some people use a combo of rage/QT/p.flow in their builds. Vitality if you want.
I have arcane grace on my perrin syndana (for use on all frames) and arcane guardian on chroma helm for armor bonus. I suppose the jordas arcane for shields might be useful for some things (% on damaged to restore X shields/sec, iirc), but probably wouldn't use it on this.

If you're doing a specific minmaxed/overkill build for a frame, you generally focus on only building for 1-2 abilities.
Like how invis loki is max dur, and disarm is max range. You can't run both simultaneously without sacrificing stats somewhere - you have to choose one or the other (because narrow minded is a thing).
It is more akin to building ember for her 2 and 4, and ignoring her 1 (because it's shit unless you're using the augment) - the abilities have synergy, same with chroma's 2 and 3.

I bought two greater lenses and some tatoes during the 2 for 1 deal.

Mysteriously, after I bought the lenses my drops started improving.

That second sentence wasn't supposed to be a question. I tested it out and they at least don't have eyes on the back of their heads. Was able to stealth kill chain pretty reliably as long as there wasn't a huge group where I couldn't tell who was looking in what direction without killing them all at once with a long range melee. Even if they were looking, it seems the detection range is only 10 meters, at least for melee kills.

It literally does not matter how many weapons you have in terms of focus. If the warframe gets the kill, 100% to warframe. Weapon kills are 50% to warframe, 50% to the weapon that got the kill. None of the others get any affinity or focus and doesn't change how much you get. This is different for ally kills and bonus xp from objectives/challenges, but you can't get focus off of those.
