I've not seen my level 5 active Jin not use his active in like the last 15 or so tournaments. I know there is a chance but its not that high.

Looking at Kei's new kit you need to hope he doesn't active block and hope he dies in one hit through a Silla ace + his new passive. Otherwise Kei will have more CR than Isillia for every shot after the 15% DR will be stacked too for every hit after.

So who should I spend litres on, Lucian or Luka? With Lucian, I don't have any uniques for him but I think he might be better for colo and let me progress further. Current goalie is Kei and I have Shu who helps in colo. Luka because I want more passing power and i already put an IC on her. Which is more useful.
